Udancer Hero received his approval from the SBS studbook in Belgium in 2004. As a four year old, Udancer Hero won a total of eight classes in the Belgian Cycle Series, with a further three wins in his five year old year. Jerome Guery and Pieter Devos competed him up to 1.40m level in 2008 & 2009. Under Jerome Guery, Udancer Hero jumped double clear to place 4th in the seven year old class at Wisbecq CSI3* in 2008.

Udancer Hero is by the french showjumping thoroughbred Dancer Prince, who died at the early age of eight. Dam, Femke P (by Voltaire), also produced multiple international showjumpers including; Kwikstaart, Kalita de Sohan, Linotte de Sohan, Moujik de Sohan, Intradella Z, Peper Gold and Femke de Kalvarie. This damline continues to produce Grand Prix showjumpers and licensed stallions at a high strike rate.

From a modest crop of foals in Udancer Hero’s earlier seasons, he has already sired Vivaldi D’Hyrencourt (Int.1.40m), Calgot Hero (Int.1.45m), Bolero D’Hyrencourt who recently won Roosendaal CSI2* 1.40m and Chopin D’Hyrencourt - a finalist of the Young Horse World Championships (Lanaken) in 2014 and 2015.
